At Puff It, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened vape devices, disposable vapes, pods, e-liquids and other consumable products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request.

Refund Process

Once your return request has been approved and the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.

Age Restricted Products

Puff It sells age-restricted products. Customers must meet the legal age requirements applicable in their province before purchasing vape products.
